There is a profound magic in crafting pasta by hand. It requires patience, intuition, and a willingness to get a little messy. For the first time, Chef Marco is opening up the Bella Firenze kitchen for an exclusive, hands-on masterclass focused on the art of filled pasta.
What You'll Learn
During this three-hour intensive, you will learn the precise ratios for mixing the perfect egg dough, the techniques for kneading it until it's smooth as silk, and the delicate folds required to create stunning Tortellini and Agnolotti.
Following the cooking session, all students will gather in the main dining room to enjoy the fruits of their labor, paired with house wines and followed by our signature Tiramisu.
