Transport yourself to the heart of Tuscany without leaving the city. We are hosting an exclusive 'Evening in Chianti'—a five-course tasting menu meticulously designed by Chef Marco to perfectly complement five superlative vintages curated by Head Sommelier Elena Romano.

The Experience

The evening will begin with a standing reception featuring light cicchetti and a crisp, vibrant Vermentino. As we move to the dining room, Elena will guide us through the nuances of Sangiovese, exploring how altitude, soil, and aging techniques drastically alter the profile of Chianti Classico.
